We are rebuilding with a faint hope that we can see the sea. We are not far away but a lot of fellow neighbours have had the same idea and blocked out the view. I once climbed a tree in my front yard and I could see the sea. Will the new house have sea glimpses? Will we be high enough? Time will tell. I put the chance at around 50 per cent.
